anas mubaideen

22nd of February 1986 born in Amman/Jordan, holds a Diploma in Industrial Electronics from Al-Balqa’ University.

As a percussionist, he has participated in several musical events in which he experienced how art can reflect on people and community. Hence, he started to educate himself about filmmaking through online tutorials and web-courses. Fortunately, he got the opportunity to participate in several workshops and training in well-reputed film production houses.

Furthermore, he claimed his role in many local and international films, TV series and TVCs. in different positions and departments as an Editor, Cameraman, DIT, AC, AD, and Sound Technician. Subsequently refining his own visual and conceptual vocabulary that emerged through writing and directing his first short fictional film “LINEAR”, which was premiered at the Franco-Arab Film Festival 2017 and later on several national and international film festivals.

Today, Anas is working as a freelance Filmmaker and Video editor. He is also in the process of developing a new Independent film.
